Happy almost spring to you!
This week I was listening to the Organize 365 Podcast This week's topic was craft organization. Before you stop reading and think "I don't have a craft, " in this context, your craft is whatever you like to do. If you had seven days to yourself with no responsibilities (imagine that!) what would you do? Would you cook? Would you garden? Would you read? Would you organize your photos? There isn't a right or wrong answer, it's just what you'd do personally in your own home.
This podcast encouraged listeners to think about what you'd really want to do during that imaginary seven days and organize your area so you could do your craft and enjoy it. Maybe you have a craft that you've done in the past, but the thought of spending time on it doesn't appeal to you anymore. That's OK. It's not your passion and maybe it's time to let it be something someone else enjoys.
Personally, I have some traditional scrapbooking projects like my high school scrapbook that isn't what I want to spend my free time doing. I'm going to think about this week if I'm ever going to add anymore to it, or if I'm just going to call it done and put it on the shelf. I'm probably not going to remember anything else that I want to add at this point anyway!
How about you? What is your "craft" that you'd spend time doing if you could? I'd love to know!
